How to request an activation count reset?  I did a factory reset and no longer have access to the previous installation.  Please, help!

@Antonio24569491mmqh Factory reset? What? Did you de-activate this first before the factory reset? A factory reset effectively wipes your computer, making it impossible to "deactivate" your Adobe Acrobat installation from that machine. Since Adobe products typically allow installation on a limited number of devices (usually two for perpetual licenses and often managed through your Adobe ID for subscriptions), you've likely hit your activation limit.

Curious, what version of Acrobat did you have? Many of them have ended support. And you may need to upgrade. You can get the free Acrobat Reader, if you are just viewing PDFs
