activation count reset

Question

I’m using Adobe Acrobat XI Standard on Windows 11.
I deactivated my old computer . When I register, it redirects to a Buy Now page.
Activation keeps saying serial number already in use.
I need to reset all activations for my serial number. I understand that this is a product that is no longer supported, but it doesn't mean we don't have use for it anymore.

Jeroen, thanks for your long-term use of Acrobat 11. I am sorry, but in 2026, the only way to reclaim one of your used activations is to deactivate a previous installation on a computer that is modern and up-to-date enough to contact our servers. If you have already tried deactivating your previous installation of Acrobat 11, then you will need to find a new PDF creation solution for the new computer. ^JW
