Activation Error

I have a new computer and have already deactivated this product (Adobe Pro XI) on my old computer but keep getting the message below:

It does not allow me to retry activation.  Can someone help?

@Pajarm Adobe Acrobat Pro XI was originally released in October 2012, and while it served many users well over the years, Adobe officially ended support for this version in October 2017. Since then, they’ve discontinued technical assistance, product updates, and activation support for Acrobat XI. That’s likely why you're seeing this error and unable to retry activation—it’s not a reflection of anything you’ve done wrong, but rather a result of the software reaching its end-of-life. After 13 years on a great product, it's time to move into newer products

No. Adobe retired the activation servers for old versions. You can't use it any longer, I'm afraid.
