Activation limit

I have an Acrobat DC version installed on two computers.

I bought an Acrobat Pro DC version in addition to be able to install it on a third computer.

Activation is not possible and I have the message "activation limit reached".

Has anyone ever had the problem?

Hi Ronan,

Apologies for the late reply, You should be able to get this fixed by now.

As described above, you have an Adobe Acrobat DC  version installed on two computers and you bought an Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc in addition and getting the message "Activation limit reached".

  • Have you purchased the Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc with the same email as it's with Adobe Acrobat DC on the two computers or is it with a new email?
