Activation limit

Apologies for the late reply, You should be able to get this fixed by now.

As described above, you have an Adobe Acrobat DC  version installed on two computers and you bought an Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc in addition and getting the message "Activation limit reached".

• Have you purchased the Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc with the same email as it's with Adobe Acrobat DC on the two computers or is it with a new email?

• If it's with the same email address then, you need to deactivate the service from one of the two computers and then activate the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on the new computer, For detailed information please follow the links below:-

• Learn how to activate and deactivate Creative Cloud apps
• If it's with different email addresses then, on the new computer go to CC Desktop Application >click on the profile picture on the top right corner > Logout and  Login with the correct email address for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
