Active Account will not work properly

I recently renewed a subscription (10/06/2023) to enable PDF file export to other formats. However, I am unable to convert without "renewing my subscription" which is showing valid until 10/06/2024.

 

What am I missing?  It's worked for me since 2016.  Thanks, Tom

    What happens when you try to export the PDF? Do you get any error message? A small video recording of the steps you are doing would be very helpful.

You can access Adobe Acrobat Export PDF using your web browser, Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop software, or your mobile device.
