Active subscription but says it’s still locked

I'm trying to edit my PDF's , and it says I have to subscribe. I click subscribe- it says I'm already subscribed- I select restore purchases- I get a white page with 'an error occurred' and nothing happens. I keep going in circles with no way to talk to someone...but they keep taking my $ every month.

Sorry to hear about your frustrating experience.

Would you mind sharing your subscription details, please? Like, what type of subscription you have purchased and from where?

A screenshot of the account where you can see the subscription registered at your end would be super helpful. We have tried locating it under your current account (email used to register on community) but haven't been able to locate it.
