Add a signature field with type/draw/image options in Acrobat Pro

I'd like to add a signature field to a form that has type / draw /image options like the below. On my end:

In Prepare Form, I have only 'Add a digital signature; add signature options in properities view'.

In Fill & Sign, I see Sign yourself with my signature and Request e-signatures.

What am I missing?

You will get this when you add a signature at Fill & Sign.

Do you mean when the recipient is signing it OR when I'm preparing the form and select Fill & Sign?

In Fill & Sign I see sign yourself with my signature and request e-signatures, as shown in this note. I don't want to sign it, just incorporate the type/draw/image options for recipients.

In the end the form will be emailed to recipients.
