In word 365, when I print to adobe acrobat x1 pro v. 11, I can no long create a custom page size - the Add button that has been there for years is mission

How do I get the add button back?

Sorry for the late answer.

Acrobat 11 is that old that it may not be anymore compatible with your operating system, especially what the print driver subsystem concerns.

What is your OS and version?
