Question

Add Direct Watermark to Toolbar

Before the most recent update to Acrobat Pro, I was able to save a link to my toolbar that applied a preselected watermark to a doccument with one click.  Now I have to select the watermark from a dropdown in the main watermark menu.

How do I add a one click link to a specific watermark to my toolbar in the newest version of pro?

Hi @Richard36175218523x

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

The quick tools panel is a floating widget that can be customized for specific workflow requirements.

1. Click on the three horizontal dots > Customize toolbar.

2. Under Edit a PDF, Select Watermark and add it to the Quick toolbar and click on Save.

For more info about the new Acrobat, please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/learn-new-acrobat.html

Let us know how it goes.

Hello Amal

Thank you for the suggestion, but these steps add the same watermark main menu to the toolbar.

It does not give me an option to select a specific watermark to add to the toolbar for one click usage.  I want to be able to click the watermark Icon and apply a preselected watermark to my documents like I was able to in the previous version of Acrobat.

Please send next instruction with "New Acrobat" disabled.   I enabled "New Acrobat" to try these steps then disabled it again.
