Add PDF watermark with bleed

Hello,

When adding a PDF document (doc1) as a watermark to another PDF document (doc2), in Acrobat, the watermark feature appears to remove all bleed from doc1. Is it possible to preserve the bleed and add doc1 with full bleed as the watermark? The Add Watermark menu gives no such option.

This is for Acrobat 9 Pro.
