Add Prepare for Accessibility to All Tools

Hello - I am trying to add Prepare for Accessibility to the All Tools menu so I don’t have to keep searching for it or going to the All Tools menu when I’m in Document View. I know I can add individual tools to the Quick Toolbar, but I like having the Prepare option in my All Tools. I used to be able to go to All Tools and ADD was an option. It is not there now. When I click View More at the bottom of All Tools, Prepare for Accessibility isn’t there.

I’m using Continuous Version: 2026.001.21662 64 Bit

Working on Windows 11 Enterprise, 32.0 GB (31.3 GB usable),AMD Ryzen 5 7535U with Radeon Graphics (2.90 GHz)

Hello Again Meenakshi,

Sorry for my delay again. I’ve been away from my home computer that I am the admin of and I am signed in to Creative Cloud with my own account.

I tried again to update to a newer version of Acrobat Pro through the app and through the link you sent. My version matches current version. I still am not able to add Prepare for Accessibility to the left hand panel. When I click on View All Tools from the Start/Home screen - there is no option to add, only open. I do not see it as an option when I click VIEW MORE at the bottom of the Tools panel. I can search and also open the panel. I do not see the option to pin any tool in the Tool panel.

I’m happy to try anything else you can think of to help me get the Prepare Accessibility tool where I need it for quick access.

As updating the application doesn’t help, could you please share a short video showing how you access the View > All tools option and the options displayed in your All tools pane? Ensure that you cover the complete window of Acrobat.

We will get this behaviour reviewed by the team.

I have updated via Help → Check for updates to version 26.001.21691

If I try to check again, it says “No updates available”

I checked the latest update number from the link you sent and it lists: 26.001.21677 as the latest Window’s 64 bit update. Please correct me if I’m wrong but 21691 would seem to be a later version number. I tried searching for the V# on the updates page and didn’t find it.

I am stumped at this point as I’ve installed the latest version and I am still not seeing a way to pin the Accessibility Tools to All Tools.

Sorry for the delay in response.

Version 26.001.21691 was released on the same day you updated the application, and it usually takes some time to update the help documentation. Could you please share a screenshot of the options you see now? Also, could you confirm whether you are using your work machine or your personal device?

Hello Meenakshi,

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately when I click on All Tools → View More, Prepare for Accessibility does not appear. Also, when I hover my mouse on any existing option in All Tools I do not get a Pin to click that would allow me to add to Quick Access. Any other suggestions? I’d be very happy to try anything.

Once again I’m using Continuous Version: 2026.001.21662 64 Bit on Windows 11.

Thank you for reaching out.

The "Prepare for Accessibility" option is already available in the All Tools pane in Acrobat. If you would like to add it to the Quick Access toolbar, you can easily pin the tool by following these steps:

Open the PDF in Acrobat.
Click on All Tools
Scroll down the Tools pane at left and click on View More.
Hover the mouse on Prepare for Accessibility
Click on the Pin tab.

The tools will be added to Quick Access.
