Add Text Comment -- Wrap

I have found the "Add Text Comment" (no border) in the new version but I cannot get it to "wrap" at the end of the document right margin, ie, to automatically drop down one line (single space) and return to the same column as where the text comment first started.  Has that been eliminated so I have to do it manually if the text comment exceeds one line?
