Added to business account, credit card charged in trial
I signed up for a trial, requested to be added to my companies account, and was forced to enter a credit card. My card was charged before the administrator could approve me. Now my company credit card was charged, and my company account was charged. How do I get refunded on my credit card?
I’m unimpressed that there is no contact phone number or chat option available.
