Added tools keep disappearing in Acrobat

Bei mir taucht das Problem seit ca. einem Monat auf. Ich brauche Acrobat für meine Arbeit (Prepress) täglich mehrmals. Nun muss ich TÄGLICH wieder meine Werkzeuge neu laden. Das nervt und kostet Zeit!!! Adobe wird nur noch schlechter, nicht besser.

Die hier vorgeschlagene Lösung mit den Haken setzen hat bei mir nichts gebracht. Noch nichtmal für einen Tag.

Und Support seitens Adobe gibt’s ja schonmal gar nicht. Programmiert doch wenigstens eine Lösung im PRO an, wo man seinen Arbeitsbereich speichern/laden kann!

Auch bei InDesign gab es nie eine Lösung seitens Adobe als mit den neuen Versionen bei über Business verwaltete Lizenzen das ‘zuletzt geöffnete Datei’ plötzlich einfach aus dem Menü verschwunden ist…

Kostet mich alles nur noch unnötig Klicks, Nerven und Zeit, die ich nicht habe.😡

Sorry, wenn ich das so sage, aber es ist zum Kotzen! 
Werde meiner Firma vorschlagen, dass wir uns nach einer Adobe-Alternative umschauen.

    Could you please provide more information about how you are adding the tools? Specifically, do they disappear after every launch? It would be very helpful if you could share a short video demonstrating the issue. Additionally, please follow the steps outlined in Adobe Acrobat Diagnostics to collect logs for further investigation of this behaviour.

    Once you have collected the logs, please share the log ID created. We will get them reviewed by the team. Also, kindly provide the version numbers for Acrobat and your operating system.

    Hi. Sorry, i’ve got absolutely no time to take videos and stuff.
    But as the issue is still there, i meanwhile found out, that the manually added tools in the Quick Access Bar dissapear everytime i try to open multiple PDFs at once:
    f.e, I have 4 PDFs on my desktop; I select them all and press Ctrl+Enter to open them (because i don’t want to double click each one when i have sometimes up to 10 PDFs to open).
    Previously, the PDFs would simply open and everything was fine. Now, every single time straight after CRTL+Enter, an Acrobat window pops up asking me which language I’d like to use Acrobat in. And afterwards, the tools in the Quick Access Toolbar have disappeared again:

     

    With manually added Quick Access Tools on the top right, just putted them up there freshly again. They stay, as long as only opening one PDF at a time.
    As soon as i choose multiple PDFs on my Desktop and want to open them with CRTL+Enter, This window appears.
    And that’s the immediate result after clicking OK on the language window before: only one out of 4 PDFs opened and all my Quick Access Tools on the top right are gone again.

    Thank you for the screenshot and the detailed information. It would help in replicating this behaviour.

    We see that you are using the classic version of Acrobat. Please share the current Acrobat and OS version numbers installed on the machine.
