Adding Bookmarks When Clicking and Dragging Files Into Acrobat

Hello,

I have a simple question in regards to bookmarks. I know when combing files together it will create bookmarks based on the file name which is great but what about when you click and drag a file into a PDF is there any way to have the bookmark added based on the file name? Is there a setting in Acrobat that I am overlooking or can this be done through JavaScript or a third party program?

This would be helpful when I have to add additional documents to an already combined bookmarked PDF document.

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. Thanks in advance.

I don't believe such an option exists.

I wonder if this has been addressed in 2020, surely this feature could be easily added.

Well that's extremely disappointing. Thanks for the reply.
