Adding Camera Pics Into A PDF From Mobile Device

Hi,

I've created a PDF document requesting entry points (both typing and imagery) from a mobile device. However, I can only add the photos into the from from a desktop, when the future editor will be using a mobile phone.

Is there a settings change or work around to correct this. I've attached a screenshot below of the basic form.
