Adding Cloud File Storage -- *Not Connected to Internet*

Not sure what to do. As the photo clearly shows... I am connected to the internet. Haven't had any connectivity related issues all morning. I am an Acrobat Pro user.

Check your firewall settings. You could have disallowed internet access to Adobe Acrobat.
