Adding Existing License to Adobe

Good day,

 

We have an existing license for Adobe Acrobat 2015 and it is not linked to any of our work email. We tried to login our account and register the license but it says its already in use. Can you please help us how to address this?

If you can log into your Adobe account, you should be able to get to your list of activated devices, as shown in the screen capture of the menu bar from my account page below:

From there, you can see the devices registered to your account. Don't be surprised if, as shown below, you have multiple instances of the same device shown in the list. If you want to de-activate a device, simply click the de-activation button to the right of the instance(s) of that device in the list.

That's the good news: it's easy to de-activate a device in your Adobe account. The bad news is, if you do that with your Acrobat 2015 install, you won't be able to load it onto a new device as the activation servers for that software were shut down long ago, rendering new installs of Adobe Acrobat 2015 unusable.
