Adding Files to Email

I have a user that prior being migrated to W11 and moving to Adobe Acrobat 2020 standard, when emailing files from a specific application, she would get the dialog box attached. She would then select "Add to e-mail list" and it would allow here to add others files to the same email. This has dissappeared. The "Send option" box no longer opens. I was wondoeing if it is no longer available or does something need to be enabled or disabled? I assume this is a Microsoft thing, but wanted to check here in case if was an Adobe Setting.

@embry_0951 You might be on to something when migrating to Win11 not all of the software will be compatible with the newer OS such as Win11; I would go to the medical app's website, and see if they have an update for Win11
