Adding lines to a form from Acrobat Reader (if set up properly to do so in DC)

I have Adobe Acrobat DC and I am creating a fillable form. I want to be able to add a feature that allows the Adobe reader user to add an additional line or activity to the report if needed (IE on an expense report) without having to start a whole new form. Is that possible?

The easiest way is to use hidden form fields and then provide some means to show the form.

It is also possible to use the Acrobat template to add a new page in recent versions of Reader. Templates will not work with mobile devices.
