Adding more languages to Acrobat

Reading a post from 3 years ago about adding more languages for accessibilty I'm wondering if any progress has been made in this regard. I prepare PDFs for accessibility, including Pacific languages, for an organisation that by law must make PDFs accessible to screen-readers. At the moment I can't find any way of doing this for the languages my documents are written in.
