Question

Adding one seat for Acrobat to my existing account

Hello, I have been using Creative Cloud (all apps) for a while now. Only two computers have been using the account, so it hasn't been an issue. I want to make Acrobat available on a third computer. Someone on the chat line told me that purchasing the Acrobat plan in addition to my current plan would basically create an additional seat on my account. I went ahead and purchased this, and when I tried to log in to Acrobat on the third computer, I get the same message that I've reached my device activation limit, as I am already signed in on the other two computers.

Is there any way to fix this? I am not interested in purchasing Teams as the third computer will only need Acrobat. My only thought is to create another Adobe ID for the Acrobat subscription, but I was trying to avoid that so I can control the accounts.

Yes, that's the only solution, unless you buy a volume license, but I don't think that will be worth it for only 3 seats.
