Adding text in Reader 11, DC: Fill & Sign vs Commenting Panel

Are there any pros and cons of adding text by Fill & Sign vs Commenting Panel in Reader 11 (or DC)? It looks as both methods can be used.

It can be changed before signing, but after signing the text is flattened.

Ok. Clarified. Both options (Fill & Sign and Commenting) can be used to add text. But signature prevents changes of text added by Fill & Sign. Thank you both George_Johnson and gkaiseril.

Comments can be deleted or changed. Fill & sign cannot be altered when done.

Looks as text inserted by Fill & Sign can be changed in Reader DC too.
