Adding video to PDF Rich Media blockedl

Good morning,

Has anyone had this issue?
The Add Rich Media tool does not present as available.

I'd appreciate any ideas, thanks

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)? What's your OS version? Does this happen with all files? Did it work in the past?

Hello,
Thank you for your quick response.
Yes, this always worked up until two weeks ago, when I was no longer able
to insert videos into pdf. The videos just appear in a new windo, new
pdf....!
Eralier, I was able to insert a video and also re-size and place it wher I
wanted.

My Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version is: 2021.001.20155

(Maybe a coincidence but the loss of this tool function happended the
morning after my Microsoft Surface updated itself during the night.)
I believe I have:
Windows 10 Pro 2004 with OS Build 19041.985
