Adjusting the Message within SEND

I have set up a template for my form but I have two different messages to go out depending on the case.  Is there anyway I can save my template to include the message?  Currently I have to open the template and then copy and paste the message that applies.  Can't work out how to attached the message to the template.

No, you can't use a template you've created in your email client, but you can set the contents and subject line of a message that is generated from within a PDF, using a script.
