Adjusting Thickness of Multiple Horizontal Lines

I have a PDF for which I need to make the thickness of dozens of horizontal lines uniform. I have attached one page of the PDF to this post. Currently, the only way I know to do this is to zoom in on each line individually and drag it until it is the correct thickness, which is very time consuming. Is there a better way to do this? I have Office 365 and Adobe version 22.3.20322.0.
I've looked up ways to do this and found a few ways, none of which have worked for me. One is to right click on the horizontal lines and select 'Properties' and change the thickness, but when I click on the horizontal lines, 'Properties' is not one of the options for me. Another method I found was to use the Find and Replace to adjust the Properties of the horizontal lines, but when I search for "Horizontal Line" in the "Find" box, it doesn't return any matches.
