Adjustment of Tables in PDF

Question

I'm needing some assistance in explaning and rectifying a problem I'm seeing. When I download content from a browser, the PDF version has adjusted the tables to be a smaller size. I initally created the content out of Oxygen and then used Zommin to upload it to the company website. Once on the page in a browser, I see verify the content is there and then download it to have a PDF version of it. Below are images: First, how it looks in Oxygen, second, how it looks on the browser, and third, how it looks on the PDF after downloading. Does anyone know why this is happening and what can be done to correct it?
