Admin Approval for Personal Account while opening a PDF

Hi guys, I need some help with my Adobe Acrobat app. Whenever I try to access a PDF on Adobe Acrobat, it is fine for 5 seconds before this message pops up:

My account is a personal account and I have tried running it as an admin, but it will not let me edit or read any of my PDF files. This has never happened before an I am unsure of what to do. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble

I have reviewed your account details, and I see that you have an active Acrobat Standard subscription. Try launching Acrobat and then sign out.

Close Acrobat and launch it again. When it prompts you for login, use your Adobe ID and log in. Next is to check for pending updates,

 To check for any pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check For Updates.

 

If the issue recurs, please take a short video recording and share it with us. We will then check with the product team. Also, please collect diagnostic logs

To collect the logs:

  1. Download and run the Diagnostics Utility from:  https://adobe.ly/4iODHKJ
  2. Click on Start Diagnostics. Ensure advanced logging is checked.
  3. Launch Acrobat, reproduce the issue with your file.
  4. Once done, click Stop Monitoring.
  5. Copy the Log ID and share it with us.

you open acrobat and then you click file > open?

 

or you're using a browser or something else?

So I will open Acrobat on the destop app, and it would be normal for 5 seconds until the message pops up, and then it quits out of the desktop app, no matter if I open a PDF or not. My account picture also changes which I'm not too sure why this happens as well.

Have you tried signing out of the app? Or have you tried reinstalling Acrobat? If none of these suggestions work, please help us with the logs as requested previously.
