is their way to stop it pop open ever time i print from our program execde because in the past it never did that before this update.

This is a User2User forum of Acrobat users. Many may not be knowledgeable of your program Execde or how printing a PDF is done through Execde. If it is using Acrobat's JavaScript to print silently there are a number of security restrictions added to Acrobat/Reader to alert users that there is a hidden or silent printing being performed.

Also what is the pop-up that is showing?
