Adobe 2020 prints gibberish to a specific printer with random documents.

After receiving a PDF via email, we can view the document normally but when printed it comes out with gibberish/random characters. When the same document is sent to a different printer it prints fine. When a different workstation prints the same document to the printer in question, it prints fine. After performing a print to PDF, the document size got larger, and we were able to print fine. 

We do have the printer joined to the domain and deployed via PrinterLogic. All the IPs and Printer Drivers are correct. 

Hoping to get some help on identifying what it is that causes this issue to happen. Thanks in advance.
