Adobe 2020 Pro Installation

I have the CD for Adobe Standard 2020 and the license key for my old PC that crashed.

I am getting a new PC and have decided to upgrade to Adobe Pro 2020 because of some of the functionality it offers.  My question is will I have to install the Adobe Standard 2020 program before the upgrade version of Adobe Pro 2020 will install or will it ask me for the CD and or License Key of Abobe Standard if I choose to just install the upgrade version fresh on the new PC.
