Adobe 7.0 reinstall in a new laptop

Hi

I am switching laptops.  When installing my Adobe XI Pro (7.0) onto the new laptop I made sure to deactivate my license on my old laptop before adding in the license to the new installation and when I log into my Adobe account, it does not show any activated devices. However, the product is still registered with my email and shows when I log into my Adobe account.  However, on my new laptop, although the install was successful and I can use it, it is now past 30 days, and I'm trying to activate it in a new laptop. When I log into my Adobe account to register the product again, I keep getting a message saying my serial number is already in use. I spoke to customer service and they said it is out of warranty. This license was only on my old laptop, which I removed the installation from.  There is no other computer with it.  Any suggestions on how do I activate it in my new laptop. I used to work fine in my old laptop

Thank you

XI is not 7. It's 11... If that's indeed the version you have, then no, you can't activate it any longer, since Adobe retired the activation servers a while ago.
