Adobe Account name versus profile name

Question

Hi there, My account name doesn't match my profile name. I purchased using our shared ICT credit card, and the system thinks I am the ICT manager. All my comments in collaboration are showing up under that user/account name, not my online profile. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Happy to help.

As long as we're talking about actual collaboration/review identity and not the full scope of your account name, it's easy to change your review/collaboration information through the Acrobat Preferences dialog box. On the Mac, you go to the Acrobat application pull-down menu and select the Preferences... menu command to get there; if you're on Windows, you select the Edit>Preferences... menu command.

This opens the Preferences dialog box. Navigate your way to the Identity option in the left-side preferences list and you can enter the profile information you want to appear in your collaboration options, like the example below:
