Adobe Acrobat 11 std permanent license

I purchased a permanent license for Acrobat 11 std in year 2014, and have not used it for several years.

Recently, I have changed my PC and installed the SW with the same serial number, but the program keeps closing after few seconds..

Assuming you have a new OS, too, like Windows 10, you have to make sure you install all available updates.

You can get them here: ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/11.x/

Hi,

Deactivate the old computer from your user account and only leave active the current computer where you have it installed now.

You can check in : https://account.adobe.com/plans/

Click on Manage Plans and scroll down to the bottom of that page where you will see if your product appears activated in more than one computer device.

I would also suggest to completely uninstall it from the old computer if you're not using it there anymore.

If this is not related to the issue and/or doesn't resolve your current issue, click HELP --->> "Repair Installation"

After the repair is done, manually apply the last planned update for that old version from here:
