Adobe Acrobat 12: PDF form intermittent visibility of filled in fields

Hi,

We have a pdf form which was filled in through google chrome. When opening this pdf file it will sometimes display the filled in fields and sometimes it will appear completely blank. I have tested this with 2 other machines with the same version of adobe acrobat and both forms appear blank when opened, is there a reason why one machine will display the fields (sometimes) whilst the other's don't at all?
