Can I invoice Adobe for the time they waste because of poor software performance? Please forward me the correct details!!!!

I am using Adobe Acrobat Standard. It is extremely slow, crashes or does not respond, and, therefore, wastes my time. 
People are constantly complaining about this, but nothing changes. 
I would appreciate a proper answer to fix this problem. I have already changed all the preferences, etc., so please do not treat me as stupid and start with those suggestions. 
We have to pay quite a lot of money, but for what? We definitely do not get value for our money.

How long do I need to wait for a response? Your software is hanging all day, so I am unable to do my work. I have super-fast wifi and computer, so sorry, but the problem is not on my side. If you have no fix, can I cancel my membership (without a fine) to pay for another program that works?
