Can any one help me? Please!

My name is Mark and I canceled my Subscription with Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe turned around and Kept charging me $29.37 a Month and I need to Talk to someone At Adobe to Listen to me and Help me to get this straightened out. I cannot afford this everymonth and I am on a Fixed income and I cant afford this it has to be straightened out Please!
