good morning I purchased these products in 2017. They were installed and used on my computers. I noticed yesterday that the program did not allow access to modify pdf files. Access was requested. I gave access and password with correct email but the programs were started in 7-day trial mode. In practice my license is not recognized .... what do I do now?

As it turns out, if you have activation issues with 2017, you cannot re-activate the software since it is no longer supported.  I just installed a new SSD into my PC due to a failure, and while I could successfully download 2017 from the Adobe site, it would not activate.  According to the Adobe support rep, I cannot activate 2017 and my only choice was to setup a new subscription.

I just purchased Nitro.

This is NOT about the “End of support”!  The product works well and needs no support.  This is about “Marketing” and selling new products, by preventing the customer using the older one.

Simply dishonesty by ADOBE, when I purchased “Acrobat 8 Pro” , no one from Adobe told me it is good for only few years !  I have, purchased few Years ago in the store, in the pretty box with a CD. Used it for many Years without a problem, then suddenly I had a message, “You have 30 Days to re-activate” , great but Adobe accepts NO  re-activation . So my purchase at substantial cost was nothing but a calculated RIP-OF by dishonest company.

Hi! You can install Adobe apps on several computers but you can activate them only on 2 machines. Do you have them on more than 2 machines? Have you already tried to decativate (which means you have to sign out) on other machines running Acrobat? You can do that in the Help Menu via “Sign out…”

If you need more detailed instructions on how to do that consult this Adobe Help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/activate-deactivate-products.html

Please tell us if you still have access to to your old computer in which Acrobat is installed to sign out of the apps.
