Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 10. It might work, or it might not.

It's also too old to qualify for an upgrade, so you'll need to buy a new license.
However, if all you need is to convert PDF files to Word/JPEG consider subscribing to the Export PDF service.
It's much cheaper than Acrobat and you can use it via the free Adobe Reader, or from your browser.
