Adobe Acrobat 9 no longer supported.

My Acrobat 9 has been totally locked by Adobe.  I am unable to correct the problem that has caused them to do this.  I receive the following pop-up: "You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or Adobe customer support for help. (148:3)".  I have contacted customer support more than once, they are aware it is Adobe Acrobat 9 but continue to tell me that it should uninstall and reinstall with no problem.until I tell them that I cannot access HELP in the application to even try and de-activate the two laptops that blew up.  I can supply the IP address if you can tell me how to de-activate the license on the old laptops that no longer function.

Repeatedly I have been told one of the engineers in forum can tell me how to get the excess licenses deactivated so I can use my Adobe Acrobat 9 to manage the thousands of .pdfs that I have created over the last 9 years.

No, we can't. You need to contact Adobe Customer Service and ask for an "activation count reset". If they refuse to help ask to talk with a supervisor.

I will tell you like I have told Adobe Customer Service.  I went back to them again and told them exactly what you told me too and he asked a few questions and put me on hold for a long time.  He asked a question regarding the dates and I told him it would be a minute for me to look up, could he hold and while I was looking the chat was disconnected.  I'm just tired of being batted back and forth and wanted anybody that needs the same kind of help that this is not working
