Adobe acrobat 9 pro extended, cannot connect to servers
I have a copy of Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended, the serial number that I have has been confirmed to be valid but I cannot use the software because I cannot connect to the adobe servers to complete product registration.
I have done everything detailed on the page: Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

If you see a test successful message (see screenshots below), you have access to the activation servers. Try activating or starting your software.
I have contacted adobe support who have been unable to resolve the issue.
Is there anything else that I can do to fix this issue?
