Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard Freezes with 2019 Outlook but not Excel or Wrod

Issue encountered when tring to save an email as a PDF using Acrobat 9 Standard (realize this is quite old). 

Steps:

1. Open 2019 Outlook Email
2. Click <File> <Print>; Print dialog box opens
3. Select Adobe PDF and click Print button
4. Save As PDF pop-up opens
5. Screen is frozen prohibiting me from entering the filename and directory to save
6. Can only do CNTL+ALT+DEL to end the Outlook Task

I do not have any other issues with Adobe 9 to print/save Excel or Word docs from Office 2019.

I have the same issue on multiple laptops both having Office Home and Business 2019.

I have already re-installed Acrobat 9 without success.

I have also made some suggessted changes to printer preferences via suggestions from others on the web without success.

Any ideas?
