Adobe Acrobat account suspended

My Adobe Pro plan been suspended, yet I still receive Card Purchase Limit Exceeded Fee notifications that deduct money from my bank (Capitec) account. Why is Adobe still looking to take money from my account even after suspending my account? And why can't I remove my card/payment method details?
