Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant not visiable

Hi. Even though I'm using the paid version of Adobe acrobat AI Assistant, On clicking AI Assistant or summaries panel where appear as blank?

Hi @SCM Air Pixel ,

Thanks for reporting the issue. It looks like some resource files didn't install properly. Could you please uninstall & reinstall the application and see if this blank view is still coming. If the issue still persists, please provide the diagnostic logs to investigate the issue properly.

To collect the logs:

Download and run the Diagnostics Utility from: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html
Click on Start Diagnostics.
Launch Acrobat, reproduce the issue with your file.
Once done, click Stop Monitoring.
Copy the Log ID and share it with us.

Thank you for the reply. i have done the instruction as mentioned and still the issue exists. Further i have carried out the diagnotistics as requested Log ID is as follows a5913dec-cefc-4f55-a52b-2897840f4139
