Adobe Acrobat All Tools Panel not working

3 workstations in the same environment are having the same issue with Acrobat Standard. When clicking any of the tools in the “All Tools” panel, nothing happens. The tools in the quick bar to the right works but not the All Tools. We’ve checked GPOs and there are only a few GPO’s but none of them could be affecting this setting. Disabled antivirus and firewall but same issue. 3 different Adobe accounts and 3 different workstations. All Windows 11 25H2. We’ve tried using Adobe Acrobat on a workstation outside the environment and using the same Adobe account and it works fine.

    Hi @dn452139

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the troubled experience.

Could you try a few things:

Ensure your copy of Acrobat is up to date. To check the current version available for the build you are using, visit this Release notes page: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

    1. If you have a test machine without domain policies, could you try testing the scenario?
    2. Check if these domains aren’t restricted in your network: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

Let us know how it works and share the current version of Acrobat installed.

    Hi @dn452139 ,

Is the Acrobat that was tested outside of the environment also Acrobat Standard version or Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?

Just trying to rule out any licensing issue.

Perhaps the issue is  a GPO enforcing some restriction(s) that only affects the enviroment in the domain where the 3 workstations belong to.

Are you able to confirm if this is the issue?

The Acrobat tested outside the environment is confirmed to be Adobe Acrobat Standard. There are only 5 GPO’s in this whole domain and we’ve reviewed them but none of them have any settings that should affect the All Tools in Adobe Acrobat.

@dn452139 have you tried clearing the cache and preferences in Acrobat?
