Adobe Acrobat app lost

I bought my Adobe Acrobat 2020 product with my Lenovo Laptop in January 2022. In November 2022 I had to have a new motherboard installed and I have realised that in the process I have lost access to Adobe Acrobat and because I bought it with the laptop Adobe doesn't recognise my laptop with the new motherboard. How do I resolve this?

Hope you are doing well.

We can help you download your Acrobat license again. You can access your license information from your Adobe account itself. 

1- click on this link https://account.adobe.com/. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password; you'll be able to see the registered application with a link to "Download."

2- Or you can download and install the setup from this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html 

 

Let us know if you are still unable to activate your Acrobat.

Thanks Akanchha, but because I bought the license through Lenovo it was never registed with Adobe under my name, the product seems to have simply recognised my laptop. My account shows no product registered. However it no longer recognises my laptop because of the new motherboard. I had the same with Microsoft Office and Microsoft had to escalate the issue to someone who issued me with a "free" new licence in order for Office to load on my repaired laptop! I suspect Adobe may have to do the same thing. I have the order email from Lenovo showing my purchase of the laptop along with the Adobe product.

Thanks for letting us know. But I'm sorry to say that it will be very difficult for us to figure out your license details as it's neither registered under your name nor email, nor do you have the licensing information like purchase order for Acrobat 2020 or serial number for the activation.

Would suggest you get in touch with the vendor from where you purchased the laptop and these free products. 

Or if there are any more details, like email or name, you could think of might be your product is registered, you can share with us using the Private Message option here.
