Adobe Acrobat archive file error message

Question

Hello! We've started receiving a new error message when archiving a pdf from a response file:

"Adobe Acrobat encountered some problems when saving data to the archive file. Your archive file might not contain the right data. Please try again with a new archive file. Detailed error: The file may be ready-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder."

There's been no changes to the folders used or the file access. Any ideas? I'm wondering if it could be related to people having saved in Edge/Firefox's PDF Viewer.
