Adobe Acrobat Cancellation and Refund

Hello,

Just under two weeks ago, I signed up for the Adobe Acrobat free trial but neglected to cancel it before it became a paid subscription. I've just cancelled said subscription and my understanding is that I can request a refund within two weeks of having signed up for or purchased the product. I don't know if this applies to products purchased through google play, which is where I initially signed up for the free trial and purchased the app, but if possible I'd like a refund.

Thank you for your time and attention.

This forum is primarily for help by the broader community. Your particular matter should be discussed directly with Adobe. You can talk to an Adobe agent through with you in a live session

To contact an Adobe agent directly, go to the Adobe Support Help Centre, where you can access an online chat. Link is: https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html

Make sure that your browser does not block scripts, or pop-ups, and also make sure your browser allows cookies for the link to work, If you don't see the chat icon in the bottom right, or it won't open the chat, try another browser (or change the browser settings).

Type  'Agent' in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a real person.

I'm adding a warning to take care with any messages or people contacting you claiming to be Adobe. This sometimes happens. Adobe does not provide support by email, so beware of any message in this format. More information about scammers can be seen in the link below:
