Adobe Acrobat Continually Crashing

Hello,

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro on Windows 10 and I can't even open a document - the program just crashes or says "not responding". The only way I can close it is through task manager.

Can someone please help me? I desperately need the functionality of the program but currently I'm having to open all PDFs in Chrome.

We are sorry for the trouble. As described Adobe Acrobat DC is crashing on windows 10 and you are not able to open a document.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC? To check the version please use the link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html

Make sure you have the latest version 19.21.20049 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

If it still doesn't work

Please remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool - https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
Reboot the computer
Reinstall the application using the link - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
