Adobe Acrobat crashes when trying to repeat redaction across more than 50 pages

Hello - my Adobe Acrobat crashes every time I try to repeat a redaction across more than 50 pages. I am regularly rdacting very large files (2500+ pages) so this has been very problematic. Here is what I've done so far: made sure I had the latest version; uninstalled and reinstalled; ran the cleaner; read everyone else's posts about this. It appears this is a glitch but I'm hoping a solution has been created. Thank you.

Hi Stephanie5C2E,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

As the application crashes when using the redaction feature, please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/461bA6j

You may also try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4ns7SIL).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4phvstz.

If the issue still occurs, please collect the logs using the diagnostic tool and share the log ID. We will then check the logs.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

I also deselected enable protected mode and reset the preferences by moving the user folder on my computer. Yes it happens with all pdf files.
